You can also request images, reports, etc., from Medical Records and pick them up to keep for you own reference. Also some information is available through your 皇冠赌球 MyChart account and other records can be uploaded to 皇冠赌球 MyChart as requested. Is there a reason I cannot have have my tests done at your facility when ordered by a non-皇冠赌球 provider?

For the most part, there is no reason you cannot have the majority of your tests done at 皇冠赌球 HealthCare Heart of Mary Medical Center. Please contact our Patient Navigator at (217) 431-4858 to help you schedule your appointment. The results can be shared electronically with local physicians.

What do I do if 皇冠赌球 does not provide the service ordered by my physician?
