Our team is available for all of your foot and ankle medical concerns.
The podiatry department is located in the new Rehabilitation and Specialty Clinics wing on the north side of »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò HealthCare Holy Family Medical Center.
To access this wing, please use the driveway on the west side of »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò Holy Family and continue around to the north side of the building.

What to Bring
Please provide a list of your current medications, including dosage and how often you take the medication, as well as your insurance or Medicare card(s) with billing address and policy numbers, and a photo ID.
We also ask that you bring any X-ray images or other pertinent medical records from a referring physician not with our facility.
