Our 12-month Nurse Resident Program (NRP) offers a comprehensive range of learning experiences that aligns with best practices and mentorship. The program features a structured onboarding process, active education to enhance competency and confidence, core workshops aimed at improving 5-star quality, professional development opportunities and collaboration among other residents.
This program fosters role transition, organizational enculturation and a strong sense of belonging.
The NRP is open to all new graduate nurses from accredited BSN or ADN programs hired for employment as an RN at »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò HealthCare. Once hired, you will automatically be enrolled in the program; no separate application is required.
