The »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò Emergency Management Council is a multidisciplinary group with responsibilities to include regulatory compliance with including but not limited to, peer review of the Joint Commission Emergency Management (EM) standards.
The council’s visions is to integrate »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò Healthcare Emergency Management programs and ideas into One »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò. Council members, as a collaborative, will be able to develop and share plans, policies and procedures, as well as facilitate drills, exercises and training across the Ministry with goal of operational sustainability in a systematic format.
The Mission of the »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò Emergency Managers is to provide a comprehensive and robust integrated emergency management contingent that integrates hospital and community resources, through partnerships with the goal to protect the lives, property and the environment through mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery from all hazards that may impact those we serve with the greatest care and love.
