Transitioning from a nursing student to a professional nurse can be challenging. The »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò HealthCare Transition to Practice: Nurse Residency Program is designed to support new graduate nurses by ensuring a successful transition to practice.

Our vision: To offer new graduate nurses a place of belonging where they can learn, grow and thrive as they progress from a novice to a competent professional.
Our goal: To create an Employer of Choice transition program that develops effective and engaged nurses who provide exceptional care and pursue professional development.
Program Structure
Our 12-month program offers a comprehensive range of learning experiences that align with best practices. The program features:

- Collaboration and mentorship among other nurses
The program is available to all new graduate nurses from accredited BSN or ADN programs who have been hired for employment as a registered nurse at »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò HealthCare. Once hired, you will automatically be enrolled in the program; no separate application is required.
